Welcome to Pat Brazill Chain Maille Jewelry. I hope you enjoy exploring my site and my jewelry.

If you need help deciding if a piece of jewelry is right for you or you have questions about any of my jewelry including custom orders, please feel free to contact me with questions.

If you have questions about shipping, returns or other general topics, you will find answers to common questions in the following sections. 

Sales Tax

All purchases will have applicable sales taxes applied.

Warranty

My jewelry is made to last a lifetime as long as it is treated with care. For the first five years after your purchase, repairs are free for any problems due to normal wear and tear. After the first five years, there may be a fee for repairs. Shipping fees will also apply. 

In the event a piece does need a repair, please contact me for a return-authorization number and information on where to ship your item.

Shipping

I love to have items I order online ship right away and I imagine you do too. I strive to ship packages out the same day they are ordered. Unfortunately, that is not always possible. Therefore, my commitment is to ship your order within three business days. This timeline does not apply to custom orders. If you have a pressing deadline, please let me know so I am aware of your deadline. If you are interested in paying for express mail or other expedited shipping, please select at check-out.

Due to the value of most purchases, shipping is by Insured Priority Mail through the United States Post Office. Shipping for a small standard box is $8.30 and comes with $50 of insurance.

If your order is under $75, you can choose First Class Mail for $3.75. Please keep in mind that these shipments are not insured.

On shipments with a value of $250 or greater, a signature will be required for delivery. 

I will send you an email you when your item or items ship. This notice will include tracking information.

International Shipping

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, I am currently not shipping outside of the US. 

Return and Exchange Policy

Except for in special circumstances, I do not accept returns. I do accept exchanges on merchandise that is still in its packaging and unworn. Please contact me in writing within five business days of receipt of your order if you would like to exchange your jewelry. This will begin the exchange process. I will provide you with a return pre-authorization number for your package and return shipping requirements, which includes a ship by date. Shipping charges on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please know that your package must be shipped with tracking. Insurance is required on packages with over a $150 value.

Returns on Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom orders, these pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. A 50% deposit is required before I begin work on a custom piece. The 50% balance is due when the piece is completed and ready for final delivery.

Privacy Policy 

I respect your privacy. I will never sell or share your information. The information that you provide when ordering will only be used to process and ship your order and to contact you regarding your order, if needed.

Wholesale Request
